She will never leave you in the middle of dismay and will handhold until you have your concern addressed satisfactorily. Take the case of my baby, where he had to go through an operation on abdominal intussusception when he was just a year old. Dr. Meena detected the case and in no time knew that CloudNine will not have adequate infrastructure to operate the case. She ensured to call her professor in Manipal, Dr. Radhakrishnan immediately and arranged for safe passage transfer for my baby to Dr. Radhakrishnan's capable hand. It does not stop here. Even though she was not linked directly to the case, she continuously followed up with us, the parents, on a regular basis to ensure , my baby is getting proper care and support. A very approachable person indeed. She will respond to your queries anytime in email and always maintain communication. Your baby will never get treated like another case in a hospital , when Dr. Meena is attending your child. She is an active listener, and quite often we see doctors don't provide time to listen to the parents concerns , probably because another patient is waiting in queue. I consulted doctor Meena very recently for my 5year old son who had high fever for more than 5 days. Very first interaction has been very comforting for us where she approached to the underlying issue in a methodical manner and did not prescribe unnecessary medication.

I would recommend dr meena any day.

I delivered twin in cloud nine and regular predi is Dr. Aravind, however its highly not possible to get an appointment with him. Luckily got to know Dr.Meena by one of the working staff there.

My first vist Dr.Meena: she welcome you with a warm smile that's gives a confidence and she will listen to your problem and give a solution and explain why she prescribe the medicine to your loved one. Through mail she will explain about report results... Iam highly satisfied to take my little one to Dr.meena.

Would recommend her to all my Fren's and family.

Doctor Meena.. is our family pediatrician, she is not only caring for kids,her treatments are highly logical and worth visiting her for quality treatment.

She educate us on the issues .. especially her friendly nature earns a believability.

She also helps us through email response especially when were are out of the city or in office.

I'm a working professional, living very far. Hard to travel to hospital for each single issue for my 2 children often.

Hence her email support helps us a lot..

Dr Meena is very good doctor. I have only had positive experience with her when ever I have consulted her for my baby from the time she was born. My baby is now over a year.

** *** **** *** ************* ********* ********** She is very cautious on what should be given to the baby. She observes gets tests done and then suggests.

2. I don't have to take the baby to the hospital all the time for followup for an issue. She is accessible over mail. Fast response. She responds to mails even on Sundays and late hours.

3. She investigates throughly and is also patient and friendly.

4. She does not put us in "panic" mode. making us anxious parents run around in circles.

Overall good Doctor.

The Cloud9 hospital Old airport road, Bangalore is more interested in money than providing care. I went for a consultation as my daughter was suffering from Cough on 21-Nov-2016. The doctor asked to try cough syrup for few days and she suggested to start antibiotics if she is not getting better in 7 days. There was no improvement event after 1 week and when I went for followup. I was asked to pay the full consultation fee again. The followup consultation is free for most hospitals I'm aware of . But Cloud9 did not agree for this and the doctor also refused to do the followup unless the payment is made. This is just a good way of looting people. Asking for double consultation for same illness.

Doctor didn't have time to hear us. She didn't care. Not about what other doctor has mentioned in previous advice. She just prescribed what she thought in less than 1 min. No advice on what foods to continue.. when we asked while she was about to jump out to other room (where other patient would be waiting).. continue with whatever you are doing as if she knew what we are feeding. In total she has no time to examine child fully, previous records or anything.. Cloudnine Hospital charges a lot as consultancy, such attitude by Doctor is not expected.

Good doctor she is treating well. No problem with the doctor and treatment.

The problem is waiting to see the doctor. Means I have an appointment at 2.15pm .but I have to wait another 50 minutes .

No proper parking space in the hospital ( paid parking ) and mainly rood behaviour in the reception.

Doctor is very nice, soft spoken. She addresses to all our queries and always try to interact with the kid so well , so that everyone (child and parents) both feel so comfortable to share the health concerns. She tells in detail about the treatment why it is required and what best can be done. Did not feel that gives unnecessary medicines and tests. Feel very genuine and nice treatment from the doctor. I should thank Dr.Sriprada mam for recommending Dr. Meena mam. Thanks a lot to both of them

Dr Meena is excellent, she has always given the appropriate advise on my son's health improvements, very polite and friendly and is always ready to explain in case of any doubts or queries...a** ********** *** ***** *************I will be more happy to recommend her for any parent looking for a **** pediatrician:)
